Krav Maga course
A Krav Maga course is the best way to specialize in Krav Maga in a short time. The course is designed for inexperienced new students and also for advanced students in contact battle who are preparing for the black belt.
The students in the course are divided into different study groups, and each group has a personal instructor who teaches according to the level of the students in the group.
In the Krav Maga course, we practiced handcuffs, kicks, defenses against handcuffs and kicks, suffocating releases, hugs, ground, dealing with a knife, sticks and gun threats.
The duration of the course is usually three days, with 4 hours of training each day, and we hold them during the Hanukkah, Passover and July holidays.

Is the training safe?
Yes !, the purpose of Krav Maga is self-defense, and in every Krav Maga course there are safety rules and protective equipment. In addition, each instructor in the course makes sure that you perform only actions that will not endanger you. Of course each student performs according to his level.
Are there competitions in Krav Maga?
No! And the reason is very simple. In street battle there are no rules, and if you want to prepare yourself for a real battle, you cannot produce rules that will limit you to a real battle. For example in any competitive fight it is forbidden to kick the testicles, and in a street fight this is the first thing we recommend you do.
I have no experience in martial arts, will I manage?
Yes. No previous experience is required to join a Krav Maga course. Each seminar has a unique group that is suitable for those who are having their first time in a contact battle.

Who are the instructors in the Krav Maga course?
The training team is headed by Dr. Aviad Segal, with over 30 years of experience in Krav Maga, of whom he served for 6 years as a consultant to the Ministry of Defense, during which he wrote and implemented a program for an elite unit. Black Belt Dan 3, a graduate of an elite unit with operational experience, and a senior student of Aviad.In addition to each course there are additional instructors according to the number of levels, graduates of the school, who have completed the training course of the I-KRAVMAGA school.
What level of fitness is required to attend the course?
The Krav Maga seminar is also suitable for those who are in poor physical shape. For the benefit of learning Krav Maga there is no need to be fit. Most importantly for us you have a desire to learn.
What is the difference between Krav Maga and MMA?
MMA is a competitive method, so it has rules that will prepare you for winning the competition. In MMA you will not learn how to defend against a knife or how to conduct a fight without rules and without a judge.
