School Classes
The School I-KRAVMAGA, is the largest and most professional school in Israel, providing a variety of Krav-Maga and self-defense classes dedicated to different age groups: kindergarten , children , Teenagers , adults , Women and Girls , and a unique group for special unit preparation.
Each team is given a unique and tailored training program, depending on the physical capabilities and expected threats. All of the school's instructors have been educated at the school, and the Chief instructor is Amazia Fenstherheim, a student of Aviad Segal. The training sessions are held five days a week in Raanana , and also serve students from Herzliya, Ramat Hasharon, Hod Hasharon, Kfar Saba, Kadima, Tel Mond and Pardesiya.
Excellence, empowerment and confidence are the components of which our students are built. The training program is rich and varied, and is intended for the long term, with the desire to see in Krav-Maga, part of the trainee's way of life.
In the different classes, the study material is divided into grades represented by belts, with an average duration of study duration being between one and two years, with an average of 40 exercises on a variety of subjects. The basic study is carried out in yellow - orange and green belts as the student learns how to defend himself against basic assaults and knives. Starting with the blue belt, the study material becomes more complex, and the student learns how to defend himself against more than one attacker, and is also exposed to more complex exercises such as knife and gun threats.
The transition between the different grades is done through an examination, which examines the student's technical ability, proficiency and understanding of the material, and coping under pressure.
The Krav Maga classes take place twice a week, in sessions lasting between 45 minutes and an hour and a half, depending on the trainee's age and level, with three seminars each year being part of the curriculum. The purpose of the classes is to make the trainee an artist for street fighting, who can cope with every possible situation, while strengthening his mental abilities as self-confidence, discipline, calmness, concentration and coping under pressure. As well as enhancing his physical abilities, from strengthening the body to bringing him to an optimal physical position for a fighter, while learning and using dedicated strength exercises and nutritional counseling. In addition, training emphasizes the values of the warrior, emphasizing respect for others, and the value of human life.
