ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

This women's self-defense seminar  is lead by the iKravMaga school for self-defense and Krav Maga.

iKravMaga is a worldwide school for self-defence, founded in 2004 by Dr. Aviad Segal, an international Krav Maga expert with over 35 years of experience. iKravMaga has a rich history of training civilians, law enforcement and psychiatric hospital staff.

This program will be led and taught by Dr. Aviad Segal himself, alongside with Einat Segal, who has 19 years of experience in IKravaMaga, and used the knowledge that is taught in this course to save her life.

Krav Maga, recognized globally as the premier self-defence system, is the simplest and most practical way any person can defend themselves.

Our commitment at iKravMaga is to empower individuals with the skills, confidence, and resilience to protect themselves and others by offering comprehensive training encompassing over 350 self-defence drills, preparing our students for every conceivable scenario of violence, including attacks against punches, kicks, chokes, and threats involving knives, sticks, and guns.

What you will learn in this course

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll master straightforward Krav Maga techniques that anyone can apply, regardless of physical strength. But we don’t stop at the physical. You’ll also explore psychological insights that help you move beyond the common freeze response—so you can think clearly and act swiftly under pressure.

The skills taught in this course are not theory—they’re reality-tested. Every move and mindset tool has been used successfully by past attendees in real-life defense situations. You’ll leave this course not just knowing what to do, but knowing it works.

Built on Real Stories of Survival

This isn’t just a class—it’s a legacy of success. Every technique and principle taught here has been validated by real women who have used them to prevent or survive an assault. You’re not just learning from an instructor; you’re stepping into a community of strength, courage, and triumph.
